Jenny: A certified Esthetician and health consultant. She has been in the skin care field for 10 years., and is trained in Eminence organic skincare, Ilike, and Dermalogica. Also available for Body Treatments, Manicures, Pedicures, and full body waxing. Currently in school working towards her nursing degree, she prides herself on helping people achieve their goals.
Irene: Originally from the Ukraine, and has been in the US for 8 years. Certified as an Aestitician at Brio Academy in Fairfield, she has been practicing skin care for 5 years. She gives each facial a special European twist, and is educated in the Eminence organic skincare line, Ilike organic skincare, and Dermalogica. Irene also does wonderful Body Treatments, Manicures, Pedicures, and full body waxing.
Roberta: Manager at Inner Essence, Roberta, is the friendly face we see when we come through the door, as well as voice when you call in for an appointment or information. The “Mother Hen” of the spa, Roberta is there to make sure everyones needs are met, that you are comfortable, and have everything you need when you visit.
Shana: Owner of Inner Essence, Licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Heated Stone, PreNatal, Myofacial Release, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, Trigger Point, Reflexology, and Sports Massage. Also a Energy Medicine Practitioner for 5 years, as well as a B.S in Exercise Science, Shana is always available for a wide range of needs.
Leanne: A graduate from the connecticut center for massage therapy has been a licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years, specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Heated Stone, PreNatal, Sports, Trigger point, and Thai massage. Also a master at full body waxing, & professional Manicures and Pedicures.
Laurie: A graduate from CCMT has over 6 years experience in Sports, Deep Tissue, Heated Stone, PreNatal, Raindrop Therapy and body treatments. She also works with Business and Corporate clients using chair and table massage. Passionate and motivated in the field, Laurie is a wonderful Therapist to work with.
Wendy: A Licensed Massage Therapist for 15 years, As well as a Holistic health & nutritional counselor, Yoga and Middle Eastern dancer and modern Improvisational dancer. Provides a great combination of Cross fiber friction, Myofacial release, Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, and streching techniques into her massage. Also practices some alternative healing techniques such as Gua Sha, Cupping, Yoga Therapy, and traditional Thai Massage.
Felisa: has been licensed as a Massage Therapist for five years. Having been raised in the Phillipines, holistic and natural healing methods are second nature to her. Felisa also completed a Massage Therapy program in Madrid Spain, as well as in Connecticut, and her diverse techniques are heavenly to receive. Specialties include, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Heated Stone, Aromatherapy skills, Prenatal, And Swedish Massages. Felisa is also bilingual (English and Spanish).
Lynne: has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for eight years, and performs a highly effective yet relaxing massage. Specializing in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Trigger point, Heated Stone, Prenatal and aromatherapy massages, her massage is truly a pleasurable experience
Heidi: Graduated from The Connecticut Center For Massage Therapy in Dec. 2004, & has been licensed since March 2005. The modalities she practices include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Heated Stone, Sports, and PreNatal Massage. Her previous experience as a personal trainer has helped her in her massage practice. Heidi believes that everyone should have the chance to experience massage and really enjoys helping people let go of everyday stresses and strain.
Maricelli: has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for three years and has been at Inner Essence for two of those years. Maricelli specializes in Deep, Trigger Point and Sports Massages, including stretching. She also is proficient at Swedish, Heated Stone, Prenatal, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Body Treatments, Manicures and Pedicures. Maricelli is also a Licensed Practical Nurse, Has Certifications in Nurses Aid, Business Management, CPR and First Aid, and is bilingual (English and Spanish).
